About the Role

As a Parking Services Attendant, you will report directly to the site manager and oversee the daily operations of the car park. We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels in delivering outstanding customer service.

At Astor Terrace Car Park, you'll work closely with a diverse team and engage directly with customers to ensure a friendly, professional, and efficient service experience. Your role will ensure that every customer and contractor receives top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to intercom calls promptly and professionally, ensuring a high standard of customer service.

Maintain cleanliness by regularly cleaning machines and picking up litter throughout the car park.

Provide face-to-face assistance to patrons, staff, and contractors, offering exceptional customer service.

Address customer service inquiries through emails and phone calls in a timely manner.

Follow company policies and procedures accurately.

Manage and process parking cards, vouchers, and conduct audits as needed.

Remove and install signage within the car park as required.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with people.

Reliable and ready to work from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Professional appearance and commitment to maintaining hygiene and personal presentation.

Energetic, proactive, and dependable with excellent punctuality.

Team player who is willing to lend a hand to colleagues when necessary.

Capable of managing and resolving conflicts with composure.

Keen attention to detail and a responsible attitude toward all tasks.

Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent communication.

Remuneration:

Casual hourly pay of $33 per hour including casual loading. The role will become part time after 4-6 months - $27 per hour.

Please Note: Successful candidates will be required to undergo a Police Clearance check before final appointment.
