Your Role:
In this dynamic leadership position, you'll oversee a team of qualified electricians and work closely with mechanical trades. You'll play a critical role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of our plant equipment.

Key responsibilities include:
•Providing technical oversight across PLCs, SCADA, motor control, and instrumentation systems
•Leading the integration and optimisation of advanced automation technologies
•Collaborating with production and engineering teams to reduce downtime and improve reliability
•Driving a safety-first culture and ensuring compliance with relevant standards
•Supervising both electrical and mechanical trades, aligning plant-wide maintenance strategies

About You:
You're a seasoned maintenance professional with a strong background in automation and asset management. You're passionate about continuous improvement, leading teams, and driving performance.

We're looking for someone with:
•A degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Automation
•10+ years' experience in asset management, RCM, or PMO
•Proven experience leading high-performing maintenance teams
•Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
•Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
•Proficiency with CMMS (SAP preferred), Microsoft Office, and Lean/Six Sigma tools
•In-depth understanding of safety, compliance, and Australian Standards
