The Role
We’re looking for a skilled excavator operator with at least 2 years of experience in domestic plumbing and drainage to join our professional crew.

$38–$45 per hour (negotiable based on experience)

Full-time role with RDOs and regular overtime

Work across Geelong, Bellarine and western suburbs

Ongoing contracts and long-term work

What You’ll Need

2+ years drainage/plumbing experience (volume builder work a plus)

Solid excavator skills and a sharp eye for detail

Good problem-solving and communication skills

Construction Induction Card (White Card)

Valid driver’s license (truck license highly regarded)
