What You'll Do

Install and commission split and ducted air conditioning systems (residential and light commercial).

Conduct on-site inspections and prepare accurate, detailed quotes for new installations.

Diagnose and resolve installation issues efficiently and professionally.

Communicate with clients to ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience.

Ensure all work complies with industry safety standards and regulations.

What We're Looking For

Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (mandatory)

ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence (mandatory – legal requirement in Australia)

A current driver's licence is essential for this role.

A minimum of 1-2 years of air conditioning installation experience is required.

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Advanced quoting experience is required for accurate estimation and client proposals.
