A Contract Administrator is sought by a Tier 3 Commercial Builder, to work across 3 - 4 education construction projects, ranging from $2 - 3 million each, commencing from November.

The Opportunity:

Working for a busy Tier 3 Commercial Builder on commercial, government, retail and industrial construction projects from $1 million to $30 million

Paying $130k to $150k package (depending on experience)

Working on 3- 4 school construction projects worth $2 - 3 million each, all commencing in staggered starts from November.

Reporting to a Project Manager

Career progression into project management offered, with a structured development plan

You will have:

A Construction Management Degree or similar

Previous contracts administration experience with Tier 2/3 Commercial Builder in Sydney

3 years minimum post graduate experience sought with a Tier 2/3 Commercial Builder

MS Suite and Procure experience required

Experience on commercial construction projects over $1 million

A steady career history and proven contracts administration skills

Experience with scope of works and authority to let

Strong forecasting experience

Strong communication and ability to engage key trades and suppliers
