About the Position:

This opportunity is ideal for experienced RNs who want to apply their clinical expertise in a structured environment, with a high level of autonomy, collaboration, and purpose. You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering person-centred care, promoting health and wellbeing, and supporting individuals to live their best lives.
We currently have two Permanent Part-Time roles available:
- Shifts: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (night shifts)
- Wednesday PM, Thursday AM & PM
- Registered Nurse (Night Duty)
- Registered Nurse (Mixed Shifts)
Opportunity
As a Registered Nurse, you will lead and deliver high-quality clinical care in accordance with professional standards, guidelines, legislation, and organisational policies and procedures.
You will provide supervision, support, and mentorship to Enrolled Nurses and other care staff, ensuring safe and effective care delivery across all settings.
The role requires flexibility both for the staff and customers to ensure care can be provided in a person-centred way, ensuring their health-related care does not impact their day-to-day lives.
Key Responsibilities
Provision of hands-on, in-home Nursing Care, including catheter, PEG and wound care
Completing care plans as delegated by the Clinical Nursing Team
Providing training to support workers as required
Other tasks within the scope of practice as delegated by the clinical Nurse Team
Opportunity to act up and gain leadership experience

Essential Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration in the category of Registered Nurse
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NDIS Workers Orientation Module
- National Police Clearance (no older than 6 months)
- Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID010 or HLTAID003 minimum)
- COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
- Current Driver's License
- Full Australian Working Rights
