We're seeking a proactive UX Content Designer to partner with a global transformation team, helping improve how they communicate, engage, and deliver impactful content worldwide.

Location: Sydney or Melbourne
Contract Length: Six month with the view to extend

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage processes and guidelines for content measurement, user research, UX design, authoring, and publishing.
• Advise global HR stakeholders on content design, writing, and authoring services.
• Prioritise work aligned to strategic people and enterprise objectives.
• Incorporate best-practice tools and methods to continuously improve content operations and user experience.

What You Bring:

• Over 5 years of experience in UX content design.
• Experienced in delivering projects in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Expertise in content strategy, governance, user research, authoring, publishing, and analytics.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work independently.
