We’re looking for a Service Designer to join a high-impact digital team within a government agency leading the way in customer-focused innovation.

About the Role

As a Service Designer, you’ll lead discovery and design work for modernising legacy technology systems. Your work will directly impact how customers and internal users engage with vital public services.
In this role, you will:

• Conduct deep user research to uncover needs, pain points, and behaviours
• Develop journey maps, service blueprints, and prototypes to bring new solutions to life
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including product managers, delivery managers, and technical analysts
• Recommend digital product and process options that align with organisational strategy
• Lead stakeholder consultations, contribute to funding proposals, and ensure compliance with accessibility and privacy standards

What You’ll Bring
