Certified Mechanical Services are actively seeking skilled Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanics for a DIDO role in the Northern Territory. Become part of our expanding team.

SUPER PAID ON ALL WORK HOURS

$1000 SIGN ON BONUS

$65-$75 PER HOUR (based on experience)

DARWIN NT

2:2 DIDO ( Day shift only ) Gulf of Carpentaria Project

Highway Upgrades at the Gulf Highway

Local Residents only as this is a DIDO Role.

Must have a White Card or be willing to obtain one.

Food, Accommodation, Work Ute & Fuel card provided. Gym Provided at camp.

The role

The successful person will be required to diagnose faults, inspect, and test machinery. The person will carry out repair action required to the manufacturer's specifications, NT mines safety and inspections act & regulations and relevant Australian standards.

The roster if 2:2 with an opportunity to pick up extra local work if desired.

Skills and Experience required:

Experience with Caterpillar & Komatsu Mobile plant equipment.

Ability to Diagnose, repair and maintain equipment in the workshop and/or in the field.

Must Hold a driver's license class C at Minimum.

Must Hold an Australian Recognized Heavy-Duty Trade Certificate.

Ensuring a high standard of work performance and professionalism is crucial, while being able to work independently and as a part of a team.

Previous experience with Risk assessment tools such as Take 5's & JHA'S

Requirements

Must be Medically fit and able to pass a pre-employment medical including a Drug and Alcohol screening.
