In this role, you will
Lead the strategic planning, negotiation and delivery of critical service contracts
Manage and mentor a high-performing team of contract managers
Drive contract management and performance evaluation to ensure best practice
Build strong, collaborative partnerships with providers and stakeholders
Shape and deliver reform strategies that improve service outcomes
To be successful
You are an experienced leader who thrives on strategy, influence and impact. You bring extensive expertise in contract management, financial strategy and reform, and are confident making decisions under broad direction. Your ability to inspire trust, drive change and deliver innovative solutions will set you apart.
You also bring strong leadership experience, with the ability to mentor staff, manage significant resources and build collaborative relationships across government, NGOs and providers.
