Howards Storage World Kotara is on the search for a Casual Assistant Manager (2IC). With over 29 company and franchised retail locations across Australia, plus a thriving online business, we are growing and are looking for superstars to join our team.

You will be a natural leader and motivator with a strong background in retail, experience in achieving sales targets, be passionate about providing the highest level of customer service and be able to lead your team by example.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Deliver high-level customer service

Open and close the store

Support the manager to set daily tasks

Help train new staff

Handling inventory

Engage and motivate the team to achieve KPI's

Availability

The job will be 3 to 4 days a week, including alternate Weekends, on a rotating basis.

What are we looking for?

Self-motivated individual

Previous supervisory role preferred but not necessary

Previous retail experience in sales and merchandising

Strong communication skills

Flexibility with days available
