About the role

As a Warehouse All Rounder at Russell Air/ RAIR Commercial Air Conditioning, you will play a vital role in supporting the company's operations. This position involves a wide range of warehousing and distribution responsibilities based in our Geebung, Queensland facility. You will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the smooth running of our warehouse and logistics operations.

What you'll be doing

Receiving and processing incoming goods and materials

Picking, packing and dispatching orders to site teams

Delivering goods from workshop to site teams

Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels

Operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently

Assisting with general warehouse duties such as cleaning and organisation

Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably in a similar role

Forklift licence and experience operating warehouse machinery

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Adaptability and willingness to learn new tasks and procedures

Good communication and customer service skills
