At The Heritage Bendigo, we're more than just a boutique motel – we're a place where comfort meets exceptional service. We’re seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper / Cleaner to join our team on a casual basis, ensuring that our guests have a memorable and comfortable stay.

What You’ll Do:

Maintain a clean and welcoming environment by thoroughly cleaning guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to a high standard.

Restock supplies in guest rooms and communal areas as needed, ensuring everything is in top condition.

Complete all cleaning tasks efficiently within the allocated timeframes, maintaining attention to detail.

Identify and report any maintenance issues to the appropriate team members promptly.

Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with guests.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred, but not essential.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.

Good physical stamina and fitness to perform the physical demands of the role.

Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.

A flexible, adaptable attitude to meet the needs of the business.

Availability: Must be available most Mondays and rostered shifts from Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend and public holiday shifts required.
