Hepburn at Hepburn is seeking casual housekeeping/cleaning staff to join our friendly team.

We offer flexible shifts, typically 3–4 hours per day, with 1–5 shifts per week depending on your availability, your preference and the business' needs. This role suits anyone looking for regular, casual work in a beautiful environment.

HOUSEKEEPING CLEANERS

At Hepburn at Hepburn our Housekeeping staff take great pride in maintaining our villas and facilities to an exceptionally high standard.

Duties include:

Ensuring villas are cleaned and prepared to a high standard for incoming guests

Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and polishing

Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, including large spa baths

Disinfecting high-touch surfaces (switches, remotes, handles)

Cleaning windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces

Tidying and preparing the reception area and outdoor guest spaces

Attention to detail, ensuring all areas (including hidden spots) are spotless

What We’re Looking For

Essential qualities:

Friendly, positive outlook with a happy demeanour

Well presented and professional

Team player with good energy and reliability

Ability to interact warmly with guests if required

Desirable:

At least 1 year of hospitality or cleaning experience

Requirements:

Current (or ability to obtain) National Police Check

Valid Australian work rights

Pat Rates (casual, inc 12% Super)

Weekdays: $36.19 per hour

Saturdays: $43.43 per hour

Sundays: $48.97 per hour

Public Holidays: $72.39 per hour
