About the Role

We're looking for a full time Room Leader who leads with heart. You'll be a hands-on mentor who models what great teaching and teamwork look like. You'll encourage your team's ideas, build on their strengths and work together to create learning environments where children feel safe, confident and free to explore - and where every child feels a true sense of belonging.

About You:

We'd love to hear from you if you:

Hold a Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved)

Have 5+ years' experience in early learning, including as a Room Leader or in a leadership role

Have strong knowledge of the NQF, EYLF and the Assessment and Rating process

Are confident using digital tools and documentation platforms

Bring a collaborative, team-focused mindset and a love for working in a close-knit, village-style environment

Build positive, respectful relationships with children, colleagues and families

Have a creative and proactive approach to planning and delivering high-quality programs

Bring unique passions or interests that you'd love to weave into your work
