We are currently looking for a friendly and passionate Full Time/Part Time/Casual Educator to join our centre at Lindfield. For Early Childhood Educator, we are looking for experienced, passionate, and dedicated individuals with a Diploma or Certificate III qualification to join our team at Lindfield. The successful candidates will have a strong focus on quality customer service delivery, the drive to develop strong relationships with families, have strong leadership skills, and be passionate about developing a creative learning environment for children. Traineeship is welcome.

About the Role:

Passionate and reliable candidates that are engaging and interested in providing a stimulating, positive and inclusive environment.

Contribute to the development, delivery, and evaluation of a quality early learning program for children enrolled in the service, ensuring individual children’s strengths, interests and needs are identified and their learning enhanced.

Monitor and document children’s development and progress through a diverse range of methods that reflect the principles of the Early Years Learning Framework.
