About the Role:
We're looking for a reliable and friendly data entry and client communication team member.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day and is confident using computers, phones, and email to stay organised and keep things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Entering quote requests and job information into our system

Communicating with clients via phone and email regarding job requirements

Supporting the scheduling team with updates and coordination

General office duties as needed

Minimum 6-12 months of data entry experience is required

This Role Would Suit Someone Who:

Has great verbal and written communication skills

Is confident using computers and managing admin tasks

Works well both independently and as part of a small, close-knit team

Is proactive, organised, and has a keen eye for detail

Has proficiency with database systems for data management
