To ensure the firm is at the top of their field and continues to enhance the expert advice available to clients, they have merged with a large Chartered Accounting firm with a complimentary set of services. The recent merger brings improved Business Advisory capacity through expertise in corporate finance for SME’s and start ups, lending, R&D grants, and recovery.

This role will report into the a highly experienced Partner, and you will be responsible for supporting a loyal and quality portfolio, while also having the opportunity to further develop and grow business. On offer is a stable and professional team environment in a convenient location, that still offers the profile and service offerings of a city based practice.

Key responsibilities include:

Assist with bookkeeping and data entry using BGL software

Process and record financial transactions, including invoices and payments.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.

The ideal candidate will have some exposure to SMSF and either completing their CA/CPA or looking to commence. To be successful you will be passionate about accounting, switched on, personable, and a keen learner.
