The Opportunity

We’re looking for an Intermediate Accountant (2-4 years’ public practice experience) who is ready to take the next step in their career. This is your chance to:

Work directly with small-to-medium businesses, families, and investors across the Hunter and beyond.

Gain exposure to diverse and complex accounting and advisory matters, including Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSFs).

Develop your technical expertise with the full support of our managers and partners.

Build a long-term career pathway with clear opportunities to step into senior and leadership roles, and even partnership.

What We’re Looking For

2-4 years’ experience in public practice accounting.

A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CA/CPA underway or planned).

Strong skills in Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks.

A team-first attitude, integrity, and a genuine focus on client service.

Great communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow.

Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Teams and Office)

Desire to grow an existing client base.
