About the role

Beda Chartered Accountants is seeking a Senior Accountant / Manager to join our growing team in Gosford, NSW. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for supporting a portfolio of clients and ensuring their financial obligation requirements are met to the highest standard. You will be working within a team of Accountants and assist in supporting other team members.

What you'll be doing

Maintaining excellent client relationships through regular communication and proactive support

Preparing and lodging tax returns, business activity statements, and other financial documents

Advising clients on tax planning strategies and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation

Collaborating with the broader team to deliver integrated solutions to meet client needs

Continuously developing your technical expertise and staying up to date with industry changes

What we're looking for

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

3+ years experience within Australian Public Practice

Bachelor's Degree

CA / CPA qualified or nearing completion

Strong technical tax knowledge

Experience with all entities including SMSFs

Exceptional communication and presentation skills

Ability to be a team player
