The Role

This Expression of Interest invites you to be considered for upcoming APS6 – EL2 Workplace Relations Specialist positions, focused on enterprise bargaining and strategic workplace relations.

In these roles, you could be:

• Leading enterprise bargaining negotiations and shaping agreements that influence workplace culture across the APS
• Advising senior leaders on complex industrial relations matters, APS frameworks, and workforce policies
• Supporting organisational change initiatives, consultation processes, and employee engagement strategies
• Managing sensitive workplace disputes, providing practical and sustainable solutions
• Contributing to strategic projects that have a real impact on policy, compliance, and organisational outcomes
• Building relationships with internal stakeholders, unions, and other key parties to foster collaboration and trust

You are a high-performing, strategic thinker with deep experience in enterprise bargaining and industrial relations.

Salary / Rate

• $100k - $150k + Super depending on level and experience
• Minimum of Baseline clearance required or the ability to obtain
