About the role

Frameless Warehouse (AUST) is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Thomastown, VIC. This is a full-time position that will play a vital role in maintaining the efficient operations of our busy warehouse. As a Warehouse Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that support the overall logistics and distribution of our products.

What you'll be doing

Receiving, unpacking and checking incoming deliveries to ensure accuracy and quality

Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently

Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment

Assisting with inventory management and stock control procedures

Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks and hand trolleys

Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders

Adhering to all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures

What we're looking for

Previous experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment

Good attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

Strong communication and customer service skills

Forklift license or the willingness to obtain one

Physical fitness to handle the demands of the role
