Multiple Facilities Managers needed for Casual On- Going Work. Full Time Hours Mon Fri
Duties include:
- Manage all building services including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems
- Lead and coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance programs across the property
- Oversee contractor selection, onboarding, performance, and compliance with service level agreements
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety, compliance, and presentation standards are met
- Respond promptly to maintenance issues and tenant service requests
- Monitor operational budgets & track expenses
- Ensure compliance with WHS regulations, building codes, and environmental standards
What you'll need to succeed?
- Proven experience in facilities or building management within commercial property
- Strong background in contractor management, maintenance operations, and site inspections
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
What you'll get in return?
$55- $65 p/h + super (Depending on Role & Experience)
