Multiple Facilities Managers needed for Casual On- Going Work. Full Time Hours Mon Fri

Duties include:

• Manage all building services including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems
  
• Lead and coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance programs across the property
  
• Oversee contractor selection, onboarding, performance, and compliance with service level agreements
  
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety, compliance, and presentation standards are met
  
• Respond promptly to maintenance issues and tenant service requests
  
• Monitor operational budgets & track expenses
  
• Ensure compliance with WHS regulations, building codes, and environmental standards
  

What you'll need to succeed?

• Proven experience in facilities or building management within commercial property
  
• Strong background in contractor management, maintenance operations, and site inspections
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  

What you'll get in return?
$55- $65 p/h + super (Depending on Role & Experience)
