The firm is growing and is looking for a Senior Accountant to manage the on-boarding of new clients.

Your new role

• Payroll processing and compliance
• Tax preparation and lodgements
• Business health checks and diagnostics
• Resolving historical tax issues
• Re-creating and streamlining internal processes
• Reviewing work and providing oversight
• High-level client contact and forensic accounting work

This is a dynamic role with plenty of variety and autonomy, ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems and improving processes.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Senior Accountant in public practice
• CPA/CA qualified or equivalent experience
• Strong technical knowledge of Australian tax and compliance
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Experience with cloud-based accounting platforms (e.g., Xero, MYOB)
• Adaptability and a proactive mindset
• A keen eye for detail and a love for forensic-style work
