About the Role

Currently an opportunity exists an experienced ArchiCAD Drafting team leader to support the Drafting Manager and lead the in house and offshore drafting team .

This position will include the following:

Workflow management

Checking of documentation

Team management

Liaise with various internal departments and external authorities

Supporting the Drafting Manager

What we're looking for:

4 years residential drafting experience

Strong ArchiCAD skills

High level of understanding of compliance and building regulations

Experience with KDRB projects

Great communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast paced role with high attention to detail
