Our client is a growing multidisciplinary therapy provider passionate about helping children reach their full potential. They support children with developmental, physical, and neurological conditions, and are looking for dedicated Occupational Therapists to join their team.

About the Role
Our client is seeking motivated and passionate Occupational Therapists to step into a full caseload from their waiting list, with strong cross-referral pathways to other therapy services.

Your work will primarily be based in their Toowong hub, with occasional visits to homes and schools as needed. The role focuses on enablement, collaboration, environmental adaptation, assessment, and creative use of activity as a therapeutic tool.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver individualised and innovative therapy programs for children and young people with disabilities or in care.

Conduct functional assessments and support clients in building independence and participation in meaningful activities.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, holistic care.

Participate in program development, quality improvement, and professional development initiatives.

Maintain ethical, professional, and organisational standards in all interactions.

About You
You are a compassionate, creative therapist who thrives on seeing children grow in confidence and independence. You enjoy working collaboratively with families, educators, and other professionals.

Requirements

Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and full registration with AHPRA (or relevant peak body)

Experience delivering clinical assessments and therapy interventions

Fun, engaging approach to therapy and building rapport with children

Family-centred, strengths-based mindset

Current driver’s licence and own vehicle
