Perth Heavy Haulage Pty Ltd is a family-owned and operated transport company based in Neerabup Western Australia. At Perth Heavy Haulage, we offer dependable and effective Heavy Haulage transport solutions across Australia. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, we are in search of an energetic and dynamic Transport Coordinator to join our team & oversee the coordination of machinery transportation across interstate routes.

Key Duties

Schedule interstate movements to various locations throughout Australia

Ensure that all Safety & Compliance requirements for Subcontractors are fulfilled

Research, prepare, and submit tenders and quotes.

Process documentation for all movements via our Freight Management System – Consignmate

Assist the Managing Director with the scheduling and planning of all movements within WA to guarantee optimal utilisation of personnel and assets.

Essential Requirements

A minimum of 5+ years of experience in the Transport / Mining industry – knowledge of Heavy Haulage is preferred

Strong comprehension of all compliance, statutory, and legislative requirements

Capability to deliver a high level of customer service to meet customer expectations satisfactorily.
