Videoguys Australia is a leading provider of professional video and audio production equipment and services. We’re looking for a reliable, enthusiastic, and motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our vibrant team in Notting Hill.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous warehouse experience—or a hands-on learner eager to grow in a fast-paced environment with potential career advancement in warehouse operations or sales.

Key Responsibilities

Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders

Receiving and booking in incoming goods

Operating a walkie forklift and assisting with loading/unloading deliveries

Maintaining warehouse organisation and cleanliness

Accepting deliveries from couriers and checking for accuracy

About You

Strong work ethic and a reliable, team-oriented attitude

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Previous warehouse experience, including picking, packing, and inventory management

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office 365 and email communication

Prior sales or administration experience (advantageous but not essential)

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and interest in technology or AV products

Physically capable of lifting up to 25kg and standing for extended periods

Legal right to work in Australia
