An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced, hands-on Production /Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in Sage’s journey to the next level.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the main purpose of this role is to manage the day to day production, assembly and packing of customised products

Key Responsibilities:

· Build and assemble a range of customised products, working with, steel, timber and electrical components

· Hands on with day-to-day warehouse tasks, including packing of goods on customised pallets

· Occasional on site work including the repair and building of Horticultural structures such as polytunnels and greenhouses

· Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless operations

The Ideal Candidate will have:

· Trade back ground or trade skills with a practical approach

· A team mindset - recognising that the success of the warehouse team is dependent on effective teamwork

· Strong communication skills with a problem-solving mindset

· A willingness to perform a mix of practical hands on work

· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
