Casual Cleaning Operators – Tweed City
We are currently seeking Casual Cleaning Operators to join our team at Tweed City Shopping Centre. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a premium retail environment with a supportive team.
As a Cleaning Operator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services while maintaining a strong customer service focus. This role operates on a 24/7 rotating roster, so we are looking for candidates with flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-standard cleaning services across the site.
- Maintain a safe and hygienic environment for customers and staff.
- Work collaboratively with team members and independently when required.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
Minimum Requirements
- Ability to pass a National Criminal History Check.
- Flexible availability for a 24/7 roster.
- Physically fit and able to walk for extended periods.
What We’re Looking For
- High level of personal presentation.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong work ethic – reliable, punctual, and proactive.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Commitment to safety in the workplace.
- Previous experience in stripping and sealing floors is desirable but not essential.
