We are an established window cleaning business with a reputation for excellence. We're looking for a reliable and proactive technician to deliver high-quality cleaning services to residential and commercial clients across the Blue Mountains.

Your Responsibilities

Deliver professional window cleaning services to a high standard

Communicate clearly and courteously with clients

Take ownership of quality, efficiency, and safety onsite

Assist in training and supporting new team members

Help maintain a positive team environment

What We're Looking For

Reliability and a strong work ethic

Good problem-solving ability and initiative

Attention to detail and pride in your work

Physically capable of sustaining full days of physical activity, including carrying equipment, climbing ladders, and accessing roofs

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, wind, and moderate rain

Driver's licence required

A genuine interest in a long-term opportunity with room to grow

Must hold Australian citizenship or permanent residency

Hours & Progression

Starts 3–4 days per week during training

Progresses to 4–5 days per week

Your earnings grow as you build skill and efficiency

How the Pay Works
You are guaranteed a base hourly rate of $31.21 per hour plus superannuation.
If 25% of your completed jobs' revenue is higher than your hourly rate, you'll be paid the higher amount instead. This means your hard work and efficiency can directly increase your take-home pay.
