What You’ll Do

• Develop strengths-based, trauma-informed behaviour support plans
• Conduct functional assessments and apply evidence-based strategies
• Support clients in homes, schools, and community settings
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Psychologists, OTs, Speech Pathologists, and Social Workers
• Work locally in The Hills, Blacktown and surrounding areas — no long commutes
• Enjoy a sustainable workload with just 5 billable hours per day

What You’ll Bring

• NDIS-endorsed Behaviour Support Practitioner status (Core or above)
• WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and a reliable vehicle
• Confidence working independently in the community
• A passion for person-centered, trauma-informed practice
