We are seeking experienced Core, Proficient or Advanced Behavioural Support Practitioners to make the move to a rewarding career within our team.

We are an NDIS Provider with extensive experience in the field of Disability and specialist support. We have a team of dedicated and skilled individuals providing services across Behaviour Support, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy & Exercise Physiology interventions, our two hubs are based in Hornsby and Castle Hill. We support clients across the North Shore, North West, South West and Western Sydney areas.

Full-Time Behavioural Support Practitioners

Part-Time or Casual Behavioural Support Practitioners

Senior/Lead Behavioural Support Practitioners to mentor a small team.

New Graduates eager to develop their expertise under the mentorship of experienced clinicians

What You’ll Be Doing:

Providing assessments through utilising clinical observations and clinical interviewing techniques, screening tools, standardized assessments, psychometrics, and subsequent reports.

Planning treatment and interventions, in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team where appropriate, (i.e. paediatricians, general practitioners, speech pathologist, occupational therapist).

Delivering appropriate evidence-based intervention and assessment across a broad range of mental health presentations.

Improving accessibility by providing community visits including, at home, school, day program and/or group home where necessary.

Collaborate with other clinicians and team members to develop new programs as identified to meet client and community needs (e.g. school-readiness program, behaviour support etc).

Delivering person-centred, trauma-informed support

Educating and empowering clients, families, and carers to enhance communication and daily living skills.

Monitoring progress, maintaining thorough documentation, and ensuring compliance with professional standards and NDIS requirements.

Supporting and mentoring team members, sharing your knowledge to foster a high-quality, evidence-based practice environment.

Contributing to program development and service reviews to meet evolving client needs.

What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications of BA of Psychology, Social Work or Social Science or equivalent.

NDIS Behaviour support practitioner ID - essential

Registration with AHPRA or AASW or equivalent

As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, qualifications may be in Mental Health, Community Work, Social Work, Social Science, or Psychology.

Current driver's licence with the ability and willingness to travel to clients.

Knowledge and understanding of the psychologist/social worker ethical and legal obligations and professional

Well-developed communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the team.

NDIS Worker Screening Check, National Federal Police Check and Working with Children Check.

Passion for working within the disability sector.

Strong clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based practice.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Excellent communication skills to engage clients, families, and stakeholders effectively.

Willingness to pursue ongoing professional growth.

Current First Aid and CPR certification.

Valid NSW driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

NDIS Worker Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
