Salesforce Administrator

$100,000 – $110,000 + super

CalibrX is partnering exclusively with an industry leader who is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support their national network and help drive platform success across the business. Based in Sydney, this is a fantastic opportunity to oversee the day-to-day administration of a large Salesforce org and work closely with a high-performing digital and marketing team.

You’ll play a central role in maintaining the Sales and Experience Cloud platform, supporting users, managing data quality, and testing new enhancements and releases. The roadmap is strong, and you’ll have plenty of opportunities to deepen your Salesforce skillset.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the first line of Salesforce support for users
• Manage user access, security settings, and platform health checks
• Configure and maintain reports, dashboards, flows, and workflows
• Work with the team to deliver platform enhancements and upgrades
• Document releases and process changes
• Train and upskill new and existing users and promote adoption of new features

Experience:

• Salesforce Administrator certified (Advanced Admin and Sales Cloud certs a bonus)
• Minimum 2 years in a Salesforce admin role
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Flows
• Experience with Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud highly desirable
• Comfortable with SQL or SOQL queries
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude and a desire to help teams succeed
• Strong time management with experience managing changing priorities
