Superstar New Home Consultant

About the role

Due to continued growth within the Riverina, we are seeking a talented and Self-driven New Home Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team at GJ Gardner Homes. With realistic earning potential of over $140,000 a year, consisting of base + uncapped commissions in this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and guiding clients through the exciting process of building their dream home. Based in Wagga Wagga, NSW 2650, this position is crucial in contributing to the continued success and growth of our reputable home building company.

What you'll be doing

Proactively engaging with potential customers and building a strong pipeline of sales leads

Conducting in-depth consultations to understand clients' needs, preferences and budgets

Presenting our diverse range of home designs and customisation options to match clients' requirements

Providing expert advice and guidance throughout the sales process, from initial enquiry to contract signing

Ensuring a seamless customer experience by coordinating with our construction and administrative teams

Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales KPI targets

Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations and our company's product offerings

What we're looking for

Prior experience in the construction Industry (Preferred)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients

Demonstrated problem-solving and negotiation skills to effectively handle customer queries

Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Enthusiasm, drive and a genuine passion for the home building industry

Knowledge of industry regulations, standards and best practices - desirable

Minimum 2 years proven sales experience, preferably in the home building or real estate industry (Preferred)

Valid Australian driver's licence and reliable transport

Availability to work weekends and flexible hours to meet client needs

Ability to read and interpret site plans, technical drawings and building specifications

Proficiency with computers, CRM software and presentation tools
