About the Role

As a Trainee / Apprentice you will work across our manufacturing workshop and support field service operations. This is an entry-level role—ideal for someone keen to learn specialist skills and grow into a trade career.

Key responsibilities will include:

 Assisting with assembly, installation, rubber linings, and related systems (both

in-factory and on site)

 Moving materials, loading/unloading, general workshop work

 Operating forklifts, pallet jacks and other material handling equipment

 Keeping the workshop tidy, organized and safe

 Supporting production and service teams to hit targets and schedules

 Adhering strictly to all health, safety and environmental procedures

What We’re Looking For

 No prior industry experience required—just a practical mindset and a

willingness to learn

 Physically fit and able to lift, carry, and work in hands-on roles

 Ability to follow instructions, take direction and work as part of a team

 A keen eye for detail and commitment to doing things safely

 Good communication and reliability

 Holding a forklift license is highly desirable, but we can help you obtain this if

you join our team
