🔍 What We're Looking For:

✅ Trade experience or hands-on background – mechanical, carpentry, farming, fabrication, etc.
✅ Comfortable with hand tools and physical work in outdoor environments
✅ Fast learner, takes initiative, and keen to master new skills
✅ Looking for long-term growth, not short-term labouring
✅ Willing to work long hours, travel, and get your hands dirty
✅ HR Licence preferred, or willingness to get one

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting drillers on-site with equipment setup, sampling, and maintenance

Learning to operate rigs and associated machinery

Travelling to various job sites, sometimes requiring overnight stays

Working hard, staying safe, and always learning
