Service Assist is a market leader in healthcare supply and an essential service. We specialize in custom made manual handing products and service and repair of hospital equipment.

We are seeking an Administration Assistant All- rounder to join our small dynamic team in the Eastern Suburbs.

Reporting to the Office Manager, this is a permanent part time position, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday with a minimum of 15 hours a week.

Duties will include:

General Administration

Order Processing Entering into the accounting system

Customer Service and telephone / Email duties

Service Department booking and scheduling

Sales / Service invoicing and reports

Accounts Payable and Receivable

Internal Sales and Support

To be successful in this role, you will be required to possess:

Experience with internal sales and administration roles

Knowledge of MYOB Accounting System / EXCEL and Word

Attention to Detail is a must

Previous experience in the healthcare sector a bonus

Professional, confident and friendly manner

High level of communication and interpersonal skills

Adaptable, reliable, flexible and proactive approach to work

Good Time Management and Organizational Skills

An enthusiastic, lateral thinker that can think outside the square

Eager to learn new skills

A team orientated person that would be willing to assist in getting the job done
