You will work directly with Partners who have been with the firm for many years and bring strong technical expertise. They are committed to delivering large-firm capabilities with a personalised touch across a diverse client portfolio, providing exposure to complex tax matters.

This is a rare opportunity for a Client Manager who is eager to manage an exciting portfolio of clients, deliver high-level advisory work, mentor their team, and contribute to their professional development.
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
Managing tax compliance for your client portfolio, including delegation and review of work
Delivering tailored tax advice and solutions aligned with client needs
Working closely with Partners and Directors to support the firm’s strategic objectives
Participating in ongoing professional development and training sessions
Contributing to team engagement through networking, client relationships and internal events
Mentoring, developing, and leading your team to success, with hands-on training and support
To be considered for this exceptional leadership position you will:
Have at least 12 – 18 months’ experience in a Manager role within a reputable firm
Hold CA or CPA qualifications
Have a strong commitment to mentoring, training, and fostering the professional growth of others
Be driven to build a long-term career within a people-first and growth-focused organisation
Demonstrate solid technical expertise across compliance, advisory, and business structuring
Exhibit exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
