About the role

This full-time Accountant position at Deicorp Pty Ltd, located in Redfern NSW 2016, is an excellent opportunity for an experienced financial professional to join a dynamic and innovative company. As an Accountant, you will play a crucial role in the company's financial operations, contributing to the overall success and growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Manage fixed asset accounting (acquisition, depreciation, disposal, SaaS adjustments)

Audit records for compliance; implement internal controls

Collaborate with teams to resolve CapEx/OpEx issues from audits

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports; manage P&L, sales/COGS, cost recharging, discounts, deferred adjustments

Develop and monitor budgets for projects to support strategic planning

Work with management to gather data for accurate cash flow forecasts

Ensure compliance with internal/external audits of CapEx/OpEx; prepare and submit financial disclosures

Identify process improvements and evaluate business opportunities

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or related field

Proven experience in financial management and accounting

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Excellent attention to detail and time management

Proficiency in Xero, MYOB, SAP, Microsoft Office
