The Opportunity:

As our Client Engagement Manager, you’ll be the local face of Onboard Outsourcing — connecting with business leaders, chambers, and partners to show how offshore talent can unlock growth and profitability.

This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role blending client management, community engagement, and business development.

You’ll work closely with the Managing Director and our Philippines-based operations team to ensure seamless delivery, strong communication, and measurable success for every client.

What You’ll Do

Business Development & Community Engagement

Represent Onboard at chamber events, networking sessions, and conferences (including some after-hours).

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through relationships, referrals, and partnerships.

Collaborate with marketing and leadership on campaigns to grow brand awareness and lead generation.

Meet agreed-upon sales and growth KPIs including new client acquisition, seat placements, and revenue targets.

Client Success & Relationship Management

Act as a trusted advisor for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention.

Support onboarding of new clients and maintain ongoing communication and performance tracking.

Work with offshore operations to resolve issues, improve processes, and uncover new opportunities.

Collaboration & Leadership

Foster alignment and engagement between Australian and Philippine teams.

Champion accountability, open communication, and shared success across regions.

About You

A natural relationship builder who thrives on connecting with people and creating genuine partnerships.

Energetic, confident, and approachable — the kind of person people enjoy working with.

Proven experience in account management, business development, or community engagement.

Commercially savvy with a strong sense of initiative and follow-through.

Adaptable, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, growing business.

Willing to travel regularly across Australia and to the Philippines for collaboration and client meetings.
