ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a rare chance to step into a role that blends relationship management, marketing, and operations at the heart of a high-performing advisory business. You’ll work directly with senior leaders, drive client engagement through events and communications, and ensure seamless client onboarding and account management. Every day brings variety, from shaping investor experiences to supporting strategic capital-raising initiatives. If you’re driven, detail-oriented, and love building connections, this role will put you right at the centre of the action.

DUTIES

  • Lead client onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish
  • Manage the firm’s CRM and deliver insightful reporting
  • Create and coordinate engaging marketing collateral, events, and campaigns
  • Drive client communications and respond to queries with professionalism and care
  • Support capital raising and investment activities with precision and efficiency
  • Maintain business materials, digital channels, and client reporting cycles
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver results

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in finance, asset management, or a related industry
  • Confident with CRM systems and advanced Excel skills
  • Strong communication - both written and verbal
  • Highly organised, able to manage competing priorities under pressure
  • A self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments
  • Bonus: exposure to marketing, events, or capital raising is a plus!
