At Focus Machinery, we simplify earthmoving equipment operations for Australia's infrastructure and civil construction sectors. We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Yard Hand who’s not afraid to take initiative, work with urgency, and keep our yard operating like a well-oiled machine.

What You'll Do:

Prepare equipment and attachments for hire, including detailing and cleaning

Assist drivers and customers with safe, efficient loading/unloading

Record and manage customer pickups and returns

Conduct pre-start checks and raise off-hire notifications

Report and log missing items or issues on returned equipment

Maintain a safe, clean, functional well-organised yard

Forklift license preferred but not essential
