Job Title: Yard Hand / General Assistant – Marine Retail & Workshop
Location: Bendigo – Epsom
Work Type: Permanent Part-Time (2–3 Days or ~25 hrs/week) with flexibility to do more hours during the busy period
Salary: $25–$28 per hour depending on experience

We are currently looking for a reliable and motivated Yard Hand / General Assistant to support our marine retail and mechanical workshop.

This is a varied, hands-on position ideal for someone who’s physically fit, enjoys working outdoors and can help keep our workshop and yard running smoothly. If you're self-motivated, enjoy practical work, and want a secure, long-term role, this could be a great fit.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Lawn mowing, weeding, general yard upkeep

Moving and relocating boats/trailers around the yard

Assisting with cleaning boats, mowers, and equipment

Picking up and delivering customer equipment and parts

Receiving and putting away stock deliveries

General workshop cleaning and support

Assisting business owners with general tasks

✅ Skills & Requirements

Previous hands-on work experience (yard, labour, or workshop preferred)

Comfortable with physical work in a fast-paced environment

Current driver’s licence is essential – must have clean driving record

Ability to follow directions and work independently

Reliability, punctuality, and a team player attitude

Bonus if you have a forklift licence or marine experience, but not essential.
