You’ll help us take Nationwide Conveyancing from “new name” to “household name,” leading growth through relationships, referrals, and a client experience people actually remember.

About the Role

This is a rare opportunity to build a brand from the ground up — and prove your ability to grow and lead a successful team.

You’ll start by managing all aspects of conveyancing from start to finish while creating and nurturing a strong referral network with agents, brokers, and developers. You’ll have full operational support from our sister firm, giving you the structure, systems, and mentorship needed to grow your own client base.

As your file volume increases, we’ll work with you to hire and train your own team — ultimately supporting you to branch out and manage your own Nationwide Conveyancing brand under our national banner.

What You’ll Be Doing

Handling all conveyancing matters end-to-end while the brand grows

Creating and implementing a referral workflow to build consistent file flow

Representing the brand at networking events, industry functions, and client meetings

Working alongside marketing and management to roll out campaigns and initiatives

Training and mentoring new team members once your workload supports expansion
