About the practices

Our practice in Officer is fitted with 5 operating surgeries and modern technology .We have a great team of clinicians and staff who go an extra mile to care for our patients and the practice.

Our practise in Dandenong is situated in a busy medical hub and fitted with 3 surgeries.

We have a respectable growing patient base and the vision of the practice is to provide exceptional care for our patients.

We focus on general dentistry, oral surgery, orthodontics, dental Implants and endodontics.

About the role

The role is a permanent part time.

looking for one or two people to fill up positions in Officer and Dandenong.

Days are flexible and hours are negotiable.

part time role involving Friday and Saturday

The right candidate will be mainly responsible for , managing the reception, answering phone calls, carrying out administrative tasks and billings. Helping with the smooth running of the clinic and assisting in sterilization when required.

About you

--minimum 2 years experience as a dental receptionist

- passionate about patient care

-excellent communication skills both written and verbal

- friendly and positive

-reliable and Flexible

-enthusiastic , friendly and professional

-ability to work under pressure

-ability to multitask

-Great positive attitude

--great computer skills and typing skills

-previous experience in dental assisting is preferable

-Training in momentum management or Prime practice is preferred.
