Join a leading manufacturing company as a Trades Assistant, working out of their Cromer facility.

We're seeking 2 x highly motivated individuals to support a team of skilled Trades Professionals and Engineers, in an active production plant.

Responsibilities:

• A manufacturer that designs and builds niche equipment - shadow electrical and mechanical fitters
• Assisting in the setup and operation of machinery
• Build and modify products
• Follow a formal training path created by the company
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Performing manual labor tasks as required
• Adhering to safety procedures
• Must be able to start at 6.30am, 8 hour days + Over Time

Requirements:

• Physical dexterity and the ability to follow a plan
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A strong work ethic and attention to detail
