Amped Digital is redefining digital signage across Australia & New Zealand.

We design and deliver premium LED and digital display solutions for leading brands, multi-site rollouts and complex environments across retail, corporate, hospitality, education, government and more.

With major national projects underway, we’re expanding our sales function and we’re looking for a high performing Account Manager to take ownership and conversion of inbound enquiries and existing customer accounts.

This is NOT a junior “service” role. This is a revenue-carrying role at the centre of our growth engine.

What You’ll Do

You will be the glue between the customer, sales, projects and customer experience.

Your responsibilities:

Manage and convert inbound sales opportunities

Look after a portfolio of existing accounts across AU/NZ

Build relationships and become the trusted point of contact

Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and drive revenue per account

Ensure the best possible customer experience through proactive communication

Coordinate internally to make sure solutions are delivered seamlessly

Track activity, communications and pipeline in the CRM (Odoo)

Make sure nothing falls through the cracks.... ever

About You

You’re commercially sharp AND operationally disciplined.

You have:

3+ years in account management or solution-based sales

Experience in AV / signage / tech / SaaS (or similar solutions-based environment)

Strong written and verbal communication skills (clarity matters)

Attention to detail and excellent follow-through

Ability to prioritise and manage multiple accounts at once

A natural ability to build trust and long-term relationships

Hunger to grow revenue and deliver value... not just “service” customers
