About the Role:

You’ll play an integral role in delivering high-calibre dining experiences that celebrate Melbourne’s vibrant food culture. As a member of our front of house team, you’ll bring your expertise, charisma, and dedication to create memorable moments for our guests. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring every detail—from service to ambiance—contributes to an extraordinary experience.

Experience & Skills:

Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant/café

Excellent communication and outgoing personality

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ensures a seamless guest experience

Adaptable and able to multi-task effectively

Attention to detail and a strong work ethic

Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, and opening and closing shifts

Three Plate Carry

RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate)
