Bluefin Resources is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to work on an enterprise-wide implementation of a new Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool (Planview) for a Big Four Bank.

This is a business-facing role not a technical position. The Senior Business Analyst will work closely with internal stakeholders and the external vendor to ensure a smooth end-to-end implementation, aligning business requirements with delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support business analysis activities across the full implementation lifecycle of the new PPM tool.
• Engage with senior business stakeholders to capture, validate and document business requirements.
• Liaise between the business and vendor teams to ensure alignment and clarity of deliverables.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, user guides and implementation materials.

Experience Required:
• Proven end-to-end experience in large-scale system implementations, ideally enterprise-wide.
• Previous experience in financial services is essential.
• Exposure to PPM tools such as Planview or Clarity will be highly regarded.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging across all levels of an organisation.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, enterprise environment with multiple stakeholders.

This is a daily rate contract role based in Sydney CBD, paying $950 per day + super. The role requires three days per week in the office. Please apply using the link below and attach your resume in Word format.
